The Russian developer of products in the field of medtech, the Medical Visual Systems company, became part of the RUSSOFT Noncommercial Partnership.
RUSSOFT is the most influential association of software development companies in Russia. The partnership unites 289 Russian IT companies with more than 85,000 highly qualified employees. For more than 20 years, RUSSOFT has represented the interests of the Russian IT industry in front of the state and in the global market.
MVS has joined the Healthcare Committee, established on the basis of RUSSOFT, and will coordinate the automation of work processes related to surgical activities in hospitals. In particular, to oversee the promotion in Russia and in global markets of the concept of integrated operating rooms and the creation of a centralized video archive of surgical interventions — such as BigData for training artificial intelligence systems, developing solutions in the field of MDSS (medical decision support systems) and surgical navigation systems.
MVS software products are successfully used in 31 hospitals in 16 cities in Russia and Belarus and are completely Russian-developed.
The hardware and software complex of the integrated operating systems includes the products MVS OR, MVS Control and MVS Platform, which contain a set of services to optimize the operational processes of the operating unit:
- operational planning;
- planning and online monitoring of operating room workload;
- video recording of operations with selection of sources and video markup;
- creation and management of a video archive of operations;
- broadcasts and video conferencing from operating rooms.
