The General Director of the Association of National Champions, Alexander Likhanov was the moderator. He noted that today national champions demonstrate significant revenue growth rates, and this is largely due to domestic import-substituting demand. However, maintaining high growth rates of companies in the future, in the next three to four years will be impossible without the development of export initiatives. Entering international markets and exporting products and services is an effective way to develop and scale small and medium-sized businesses.
Vladimir Smirnov, Head of International Projects at the Russian MedTech company MVS, shared his experience of researching and entering foreign markets using MVS as an example of a medical equipment manufacturer. MVS has the status of a National Champion, as well as experience in technological partnerships abroad – in the Republic of Belarus. As part of cooperation with Belarusian partners, technology for creating smart operating rooms was transferred, manufacturing and technical customer support were launched.
