On October 26, MVS successfully defended its business development strategy for the next 5 years as part of the "National Champions 2023" scalarator.
The educational scalar program for participants of the National Champions project started in April 2023 at the HSE Institute of Innovation Management.
MVS executives received full-time training in Moscow from leading experts of the Higher School of Economics and well-known mentors – business practitioners, including Oleg Astafurov, Vice President for Government Relations at Pharmasintez Group, Alexander Gorbunov, Vice President for Strategy at MTS PJSC, Director of Strategy and Transformation at B1 Consulting Company (formerly EY) Egor Gordeychuk.
In parallel with the training, a new accelerated business scaling strategy of the Medical Visual Systems company was developed in accordance with professional trackers.
On October 26, the MVS team successfully presented and defended the development strategy to the participants and experts of the HSE and the National Champions Association.
